Our Booking and move execution process is customer focused. It is honest, simple and easy.
1. When you call us or fill our online Quote form, we give you our standard rates, meaning we don’t charge you based on how you sound on phone or what postal code quadrant your move is. We have the following standard packages:

A) Two movers and a truck per hour rates
B) Three movers and a truck per hour rates
C) Four movers and double truck per hour rates
D) Manpower only per hour rates
E) Item delivery
F) Commercial Moves
G) Long distance moves
H) International moves

2. During your call, our dispatcher/customer service rep will discuss with you to get a good grasp on the nature and scope of your move. This helps us to be fully equipped with relevant information to make your move seamless and stress free. The discussion help us to identify team members and equipment best suited for your move. Please feel free to discuss your move and get clarifications from our dispatcher/customer service rep.
3. When satisfied and ready to book, our dispatcher will complete your booking. The following information may be required:
A. Moving out address
B. Moving in address/offloading address
C. Nature and size of your move. Example: number of bedrooms, House to storage, Apartment to Apartment with/without elevator etc.
D. Mailing address. We may send you a ‘get ready moving package’

*We may not require a booking fee at this point*
We will book you on your preferred time and date. After booking we send you a confirmation of your booking (usually within minutes). We may also send you a confirmation by mail including our ‘Get Ready for your move’ package. *We understand live does happen. You can reschedule your move should circumstances change*.
4. 48 hours to your moving date our dispatcher will make a follow up call or text to confirm everything is all set for the big day. This is the time you can also let us have specifics on how our team should prepare for your move.
5. On moving day, the lead mover assigned to your move will contact you by phone or text to let you know they are on their way with an ETA. Take time to let them know specific information such as where to park or how to get there incase GPS is not accurate. On arrival, the lead mover will introduce his team and ask for a walk through your house/property to have a general grasp of the task at hand. Take this time to draw attention to specifics such as items that require special attention, items that should not be loaded etc.

7. The movers get down to their job. Each move is unique and may be tailored to meet your unique circumstances. For example, in one move, wrapping furniture before moving may be paramount while for another placing protective padding once in the truck may suffice. Some moves may progress well with room by room loading, while for others may progress with a ‘mix-and-match’ progression. Be assured our movers will take an approach that will work in your best interest especially as regards safety of your belongings and saving you time.
8. When your move is all done, our lead mover will inform you of your bill and how to pay.
