Request quotes
When you call us or fill our online Quote form, we give you our standard rates, meaning we don’t charge you based on how you sound on phone or what postal code quadrant your move is.
Personalized Consultation
Our dispatcher or customer service rep will discuss your move in detail to understand its nature and scope. This ensures we assign the right team and equipment for a smooth and stress-free experience. Feel free to ask questions or clarify any concerns during this stage.
Booking Your Move
Once you’re ready, we’ll secure your booking for your preferred date and time. We’ll collect essential details such as pick-up and drop-off addresses, the type of move, and your mailing address if you'd like a 'Get Ready' package. We usually don’t require a booking fee, and a confirmation will be sent via text or email. If needed, you’re free to reschedule—life happens.
48-Hour Pre-Move Check-In
Two days before your move, we’ll call or text to confirm the plan. This is also your opportunity to share final instructions or special requests so we can be fully prepared.
Moving Day Arrival & Walkthrough
On moving day, your lead mover will contact you with an estimated time of arrival. Once on-site, they’ll introduce the team and walk through the space with you. This is when you can point out fragile items, parking tips, or anything else important.
The Move Begins
Our crew gets to work. Every move is unique, so we adjust based on your needs—whether that means wrapping furniture, loading room by room, or using protective padding. Our priority is keeping your items safe while saving time.
Completion & Feedback
